From the time I was young I was always a sales guy. From selling newspaper subscriptions to buying bulk fireworks and selling them off individually for profit I knew that sales is the most important ingredient for businesses in motion. I believe that great sales people are born and along the way choose the right path to cultivate their talents. 

You've heard the old adage, 'birds of a feather flock together', right? I gave a spin to that phrase,  years back, that embraces my recruiting philosophy.  

'Eagles fly with eagles, ducks fly with ducks, and birds without feathers walk together!'

Simply stated, if you want the best talent, you need to be flying with eagles. 

I personally understand the challenges of hiring the right people the first time from years of experience both hiring direct and working with managers in making hundreds and hundreds of successful placements.  

Since I started in the software sales recruiting world on June 12th, 1998, I haven't looked back. Through two crazy recessions and countless placements I've learned that what matters most is people and hard work. I founded RightSeed Solutions on October 22, 2002 with a mission statement;
